Hello,
Is MJ compatible with 3 cylinder engines? If so, how would I go about setting it up?
I've successfully used MJ before, but I can't work out how I would use it on a 3 cylinder..
Any help would be appreciated!
Cheers

Teething problems...
I managed to get my engine running for the first time today, but it wouldn't take any load without stalling. Its a c20xe with R1 carbs, r1 fuel pump and MegaJolt. Could it be because the engine is running too lean? It would just about idle with the choke pulled right out, but would stall if you trie...

Thanks Martin, that's a lovely setup. Did you machine down the pulley and bolt the trigger wheel on or did you weld it? Also what size trigger wheel did you use? I'm looking at a 6.5" trigger-wheel.com one.MartinM wrote:http://www.autosportlabs.org/viewtopic.php?t=1565

Vauxhall XE Trigger Wheel fitment questions
I'm currently attempting to fit MJ Lite to my c20xe engine but i'm having trouble working out how to mount my 36-1 trigger wheel to my front pulley. I've read the guides on this site, but they don't really help because I cant weld it or bolt it on! Somebody please help.

Thanks for the advice. I will order up a TPS system asap. I'm no expert on bike carbs but have been assured that correctly jetted to suit a 2.0 engine (a significant increase in jet size over standard) they will easily fuel a 2.0 engine. I presume its as you say, on a bike they are worked much harde...

MAP or TSP, whats best for a 2.0 on bike carbs?
I'm new to all of this but have a basic understanding of how MJL works, what I wanted to find out though was whether TPS would be the best sensor to use on a car fitted with a 2.0 16v Vauxhall engine running on CBR600 bike carburettors? I say TPS because the carbs already have one fitted, but I want...

Thanks for your help.
Thanks for your help. Unfortunately I've just checked and found that I certainly dont have enough room to mount the 36-1 wheel on my crack wheel. I suppose I will have to look into standard spark management.

Vauxhall Carlton 2.0 8v Application? 20ne engine.
I have decided to replace the standard injection system of my 20ne engine with a bike carburettor setup. Due to this I have been advised to checkout Mega Jolt as a way of creating and managing the spark of my engine. I have a very basic knowledge of Mega Jolt so some things might sound a bit daft bu...
