but my megajolt version hasn't soft rev limiter i already look that, but i still think is something related whit the EDIS and i would like to know which is the top of rpms in a 4 cylinder EDIS or what i'm doing wrong.

I have a EDIS-4 intalled on my vw engine but its limiting around 6400 rpms and i need 7500 rpms I would like to know if this EDIS have any limiter or if need any special edis

I'm still in trouble

my engine is working much better but is limited to 6800 rpm and i don't have any rpm limiter so i would like to know how many rpms i cabable this system or posibles causes.

Thanks for you answers i still some cosfused because, i have a normal timing lamp but i check the timing advance it match with the advance what i read in the Megajolt. so i was trying many diferent curves finally i adjust a maximun advance of 50 degres on hi rpms!!!, whit that curve my engine is wor...

i installed my megajolt, its working well but i would like check the timming advance with timing lamp. because i think it's wrong
but how can i do that? if this ignition work with 2 sparks per revolution

Hi Brent I recently bought a megajolt and it's working well. and another thing about you rev limiter, it works limiting the positive current of the coil right, but it cause some preignition, and my cuestion is what hapend if you limit de negative pulse of de EDIS instied of limit the positive curren...

Im new with megajolt, i bought my megajolt v3 and im assembling my kit but i don't know what is next
do i need to load the firmware before use it?? or my megajolt have preloaded firmware? should it work if a don't load the firmware??
