This may be addressed elsewhere, but I couldn't find it.

My truck runs with a 24V battery. I happen to have a nice, small VICOR 75W 24V to 15V DC/DC converter. Is the EDIS and MJLJ capable of running off of a regulated 15V DC bus? Or will this cause damage to either system?

Oh- and what should the pinout connection be for the RJ-11 to DB9 connector? I couldn't find that on the wiki anywhere... '

I was just curious what the purpose of D4 and D5 were. I'm used to those being configured for forward TVS protection. These look like it was for reverse transient protection. Is that true?

David- Thanks for the reply. I'm by no means an expert, but i think I understand what you are saying... The MJLJ 'thinks' that the RPM is at 400 when it is really lower. However this has no effect on the actual spark, which comes from the EDIS. The only implication is that no spark angle adjustments...
