Boost Engineering (see link in my signature) has used connectors with pigtails for coils, VR sensors, and Modules for $8 each, along with all other EDIS parts. Check the website out.

Your right it is not mounted correctly.
I took the photo before I got it adjusted correctly. But, the missing tooth should be set as below, not at TDC.
