iPhone blutooth is very limited. You can't even share photos via Bluetooth as standard. Of course, anything is possible with a jailbroken iPhone. Bluetooth is a very good idea for both MJ and racecapture though as most new laptops now have built in Bluetooth. So downloading data from racecapture wou...
It seems a similar thing already exists! http://serialio.com/products/mobile/wifi/WiSnapAAA.php So, next all we need is the apropriate software for the iPhone! Of course, it would have to be for a jailbroken iPhone. There is no reason why this can't be done. All we need is someone who knows about ip...
The easiest way to do this would be with wifi. If you had some sort of Rs232 connector that made its own wifi network that you could connect to via a portable device. Then point that device to an address through the internet browser on the phone. Just like this system... http://www.youtube.com/watch...

For first start up don't use MJLJ, just pull the plug out, it will run on the EDIS's built in limp mode. When you've got it going the factory default map will get you going during run-in till you get it to a rolling road for a propper set up. That's what I was told to do and is what I did with my 12...

PocketSpark, what can you actually see on the screen?
I'm thinking of using my old iPaq to control MJLJ with the pocketspark software, but to do this I need to buy a new battery for i and buy a RS232 cable, so I'd like to know what I can actually do with the software and what you can actually see on the screen to see whether its worth the effort of buy...

MAP Sensor is full of gunk, is this a problem?
The take off for my map sensor is on the bottom of my manifold, which means that any fuel that is left sitting in the maifold ends up down the tube and into my MJLJ unit.
Is this a problem? It still reads ok, and with the lappy connected you can clearly see it working.

Shift light and Tacho Wiring - Think I did it wrong?
Ahoy! I've been running MJLJ V3 on my supercharged classic mini for a while now, anyway, my shift light and Tachometer have never worked. So, when I wired the shift light, does the MJLJ send a 12v signal or does it just complete the earth to make a circuit? I cant remember how I wired it off hand bu...

Firing order question and general confusion!
Hello! First post here and I am royaly stuck. I have a classic Mini running an EDIS4 system with MJLJ V3.2.1. I've been trying to start my new engine with this set up and after a lot of frustration I got it firing on 2 cylinders. I've already been questioning on a Mini forum, so if you guys wouldn't...
