As i have a wicked map but am changing to tps and really want to keep my map.

Got it sorted lads......

Checked wiring over again everything was fine... then noticed the plug was not fitting very well into the mjlt unit so swapped it over and hey presto

Well mine is still missing... so i may just see if swapping them over makes a difference.

In a way, they are both correct. Whatever scheme you use it's important you match the HV plug wires to the correct pistons so the plugs fire correctly. Crystal ball a bit cloudy right now, so more questions I'm afraid.... - the engine is running? - the rpm gauge is stuck on zero, but the load (Kpa) gauge works? - you can see the load gauge but the rpm gauge isn't being displayed at all? - there's no highlighting of the cells in map as the rpm chan...

When i opened the programme up on my laptop and it loded my map all thet was showing was the load ?

Rpm was not working nore anything else.

What have i done wrong lol

Also..... my unit has the input for the vacume hose underneath would it also be possible it would have tps avaliable too.

I have just finished my mjlt installation and am glad to say the car started first time. I am using map for load but at the moment do not have the right lead to connect my laptop to the mjlt unit. I was just wondering how other peoples car ran on the base map of the unit as mine is idleing perfect b...

Sadly i am not running tps... will be using map for load.

Although the bike carbs do have a tps but not sure if that would work.

Quite a few people have said the base map will allow me to drive it so that all good for now.
