would that noise interfere with the megajolt? or even worst, would it interfere with the radio?

today, I was at the salvage yard... Picked up the coilpack and module... I got home, and started to clean it up, etc... What is the capacitor/condensor for??? It was mounted on the coilpack.

I know we don't use it with the megajolt, but it's for my own knowledge.

Thanks, I was talking to my co-worker, and he mumbled something about the differences in sensor is the sensor shape and probably the different type of magnet that is used...

I thought I read something about a vr sensor can produce high voltage? I wonder is that true?

i know all of you out there, knows what the vr sensor does... but the problem i am having is the lenght of the vr sensor. by the time i finish mounting it to my engine, it will look like a bridge that spans over a river... found a box of old computer stuff... dissected some cables, did a little bit of soldering... TAH-DAH!!! serial adapter!!!

i went out and purchased a usb to serial cable, had a few issues with the com ports, but all issues have been resolved...

i am loving this more and more....

power here, ground there, 5-volts here, 5-volts there.... the l.e.d. lit up!!!!! everything went well and smoothly with the assembly... now its just the serial adapter to an rj11 (not a rj45). i will dig into my junk draw and see what i can find...
