1380 mini
Hi Looks like a nice engine build, I really should put an x pin diff in mine but I have to build up the courage to take the motor out and change the diff especially as there are no oil leaks just now. I ran a swiftune sw5 cam in the end but have got a 286 scatter to try in it at some point, would be...

Just reread your post. I also think the vacuum take off is in the wrong place. The one on your carb is located on the wrong side of the throttle butterly. Ideally if you have a vacuum port on your manifold then you should use this. Ryan So on my MG metro inlet manifold I should use the small vac pi...

My MJ unit is just hung under the dashboard shelf where the radio would be.
You have given me some ideas for a re-fit.

Ryan The engine was bought secondhand but stripped and fully rebuilt, there were a few bodges that were sorted out as I went along, the basic block and pistons were good but the ancilleries were all from a small bore engine, it had no breathers and the gearbox would have broke if I had put it in the...

Mini City E
I had bought a 1992 SPI cooper mini to restore, and to cut a long story short it was totally rotten and beyond saving, So I stripped it and used the engine and interior were used to upgrade another mini. This Mini started life as a 1982 mini city e in blue. The previous owner had painted it Orange a...
