Hi Brent.

Thanks for the reply.

I have taken each plug out in turn earthed it and cranked the engine. Number 1 produces no spark.

I have also had the engine running and removed one ht lead at time and listened for the change in engine note. Removing ht lead on one does not alter the engine note

Bad Coil

Hi,

Is there any other reason other than a bad coil pack that woudl lead to only three of the four outlets kicking out a spark?

thanks

TPS Backwards

Hi,

Wiring in the tps. I can get power etc to it and the config reads it fine.

However when calibrating the on the lap top it says it is wired backwards. I have tried several ways and it makes no difference.

Where am I going wrong?

thanks

Help

Hi

Prior to wiring in the magajolt unit I am trying to get te engine to run on the edis unit.

However all i get when cranking is banging and farting.

I'm assuming it's an issue with the firing order. The egine is a vauxhall red top where the firing order is 1342.

any help would be great thanks

Hi

Thanks for the reply. Sorry if I am being stupid but does it not matter which way round the plug is orientated ? or does it not matter as long as the supply is correct ?
