If the device is connected via bluetooth to a phone (for example), and that phone has a data connection to the internet, does it or can it send all the same telemetry data to the racecapture website as the telemetry module with a sim card?

Hi, I signed up for the Bluetooth module. I am now just trying to read and understand the telemetry info. A few questions. Can you hook up both since they use the same connector? The telemetry data is going somewhere in the cloud. Can the app on my smartphone receive the data via bluetooth and send ...

Are there any requirements or suggestions on mounting the unit? Should it be as close to center of vehicle as possible or doesn't it matter? Does it need to be level? Does it matter which side is facing forward?

Sorry if this info is somewhere, i searched but couldn't find.
