Can you provide a part number for a replacement? I can see about sourcing one locally and swapping it, unless you don't feel this is doable on the bench.

I am a moron. I went to take a picture and discovered I had the ground and trigger lines swapped, not sure how I did that or how I missed it. Oddly enough now I get bizzare voltage readings under cranking but the motor fires. One step closer! I spoke too soon. Once again I am seeing around 8.4 volt...

I had two connections swapped...the trigger and ground, which cause my voltage drop.

When it pairs on mine the led on the bluetooth module goes solid and the connection warnings go away. I lose the pairing when I try to upload a map however...I have to use the PCJolt application to actually write to the chip. I was able to get two bluetooth modules to work with the MJ...only one wor...

Just a bump because I have the same problem. When powered directly I measure cranking voltage at the coil but when powered through the Rev Limiter it cuts another 2 volts out.

I just installed my MegaJolt with the Hard Rev Limiter board connected. I get a very weak spark. Checking the voltage shows just 8.4V under cranking, with a confirmed 10.7 at the 12V in under cranking. If I power the coil directly the engine fires. I get an error when trying to connect to the MJ that states I need to select a BT connection. I have already done that and the correct BT module is selected. The BT settings for the tablet show 2 pairings, but the icon is not blue (is it not connected then?)...one is my OBDII and the other is the MJ...

Are there any updates on this? I am looking to tune my watercraft while on the lake...and Android tablet in a waterproof pouch is about my only viable option.
