Successful test this weekend by restarting the app each time I went out for a session. No problems with delta at all.
Thanks for the tip!

SHIFT-X SHIFT!! LOL. Thanks for the reply. I am using App: 1.4.2 with RCP 2.8.7 on an MK1. Interesting point about the app reconnecting. I basically just left the tablet on and the app running between sessions. I was really excited that the RCP reconnected every time without any problems:) I should ...

Question about delta on Android app
I finally got a chance to try out my RCP dash and I'm loving it!! I'm using a Nexus 7 and the shit-x light. One thing I noticed though was that the delta didn't show up during every session. It worked on my first session but after that it just sat at 0.0 for some reason. Is there something special t...

PROGRESS!! So I tested out 1.3.8 and the gauges are now practically real time! Fantastic! I just went for a test drive and when using the view with all the round gauges everything works incredibly fast now. One question I had was if the segmented tachometer on the page with current laptime info (see...

Dashboard feature questions (bluetooth latency, direct USB?)
I've been testing out a dash mount setup with a 2013 Nexus 7 tablet. With Android 5.1.1 installed I found the screen to be super laggy (video recorded in 60FPS) https://youtu.be/M306cFUpsOY I suspected the Nexus performance to be the problem so I rooted it and installed a Slim ROM. That helped some ...

Virtual Channel with only Integer values?
I want to replace my dash with the Android app but I'm having trouble figuring out if it is possible to have a virtual channel with no decimals logged or displayed in the app. I want to be able to display my calculated current gear as well as speed with only integers. Is this possible? If not are th...

Bluetooth + v2 Android app dashboard update rate?
I'm planning to use a Nexus 7 tablet in the place of my gauge cluster and while it is working well, I noticed the Tach seems to have a pretty slow update rate even if I crank up the sample rate for RPM in the RCP. Just trying to figure out if this limitation is with the android app or bluetooth. Doe...
