Brent, whats the default orientation for the unit? I thought it was green block towards the rear of the car, logger button and other ports pointed forward, label up and mounting brackets down on the surface of the car? Also, is it recommended to calibrate each time you mount the unit? I take mine do...

No low battery or cranking issues to the best of my knowledge. Car is new. Not able to test USB connectivity at this moment.

The red light below the SIM card slot is flashing red non stop whenever the unit has power.

Tried to load a firmware again after pressing the log start button and got a new error
"Failed to load firmware: Error validating flash on device. Upgrade failed"

Upon trying to load older firmware, I get "Failed to Load Firmware: Error flashing device, no response!"

Same results when holding in the button using the instructions on firmware.txt

I did this morning, they got back to me right away. The support pages say hit this forum so I was tryin to play by the rules, we are working on a fix now.

Porsche GT4. I thought that I was going to get these values off the OBD2 port, but either Im missing something or the list of channels doesnt show them in the config of my RCPro.

Would love to see brake pressure and gear values come off the OBD2 connection. Im new to this so I may be missing it in the list?
