My RCP is unable to log into micro-SD card. Is there any other way of logging data and is it possible to log data via telemetry?

New Firmware update error
I am using RaceCapture Pro v 1.7.6 in OS X. I am tying to update the firmware ( currently v 2.9.1) to 2.10.0 . But there is a error which reads - 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'join'. Please provide me a solution to this problem.
