OBDII Legacy Adapter to AIM Solo2 DL?
Your website mentions that the OBDII Legacy adapter works with certain AIM products. As the owner of a OBDII BMW E36 M3 I'm wondering if there's a way to use this adapter to get some data from the computer into a SOLO2 DL. Specifically, I'd love to have at least throttle position sensor and RPM. Is ...

Racecapture App for Windows Crashing
Every time I open the racecapture app on my windows 7 computer and try to open the analyze section it crashes. I've tried restarting the computer, and even uninstalled and reinstalled but not change. Anyone else experiencing this? I'm installing the latest version off the website (1.11.0).

Ok, next question: How do I get a session to end when I come in from the track? After my first run I parked my car and turned it off and put the tablet to sleep, but when I got back in for my second session I found that the first session was still running, with a 50 min lap in process. The rest of t...

Hi, Sorry for the delay. I checked your configuration and it seems to be OK. Question, can you try this on a different car (prior to 2008)? Would be good to see as a comparison. I think we solved the problem. My E36 is a Ti (4 cylinder) that has an S52 swap and the pin locations in my OBD port was ...

Our first test car was an E36 (my M3) so it's very curious that it's not working for you. Can you save your current configuration to a file and attach it here? We can check if there's anything wrong with it. Thanks, Here you go. Hopefully it's something simple that I'm missing! I had a friend with ...

Hi, When you plug RaceCapture into your USB port it should show up in Device Manager as a COM port if you're running Windows 10. Earlier than Windows 10, you'll need to install the USB driver for RaceCapture before it will work. What version of Windows are you on? If prior to Windows, install the d...

Hi, Let's figure this out. What version of RaceCapture/Track do you have - is it with or without the classic OBDII adapter? With the E36, it requires the classic OBDII adapter- and you'll get some standard channels like RPM, TPS, Engine Temperature and manifold pressure, to name the essentials. Whe...

Trouble with initial set up
I'm trying to get my racecapture/track configured, but I'm really struggling with the quick start instruction, which really doesn't give much detail. I've got everything installed and can connect to the module, however even after setting the obdII channels I want (RPM for example) I'm not getting an...

Hi, It's nice to mount it in the center, but not critical. It provides the best view of the sky with minimal metal / obstructions around the antenna. You can re-orient and calibrate the accelerometers in the Accelerometer / Gyro setting of the app. Would be great to see your installation as well as...

Initial Set Up Questions
I'm planning on using velcro to mount my new race capture unit to my dash. I understand it needs to be square to the axis of the car with a clear view of the sky, but is it also important to mount it in the center of the dash? I would think so, but can't find any mention of it. Any one have some pic...
