RPM input?
I'm looking to see if I can use RCT in a non-CAN vehicle; analog in and display are covered (analogX/shiftX), but it doesn't look like there's a good way to get engine speed (or road speed) in. I know in a previous thread it was mentioned there's no analog inputs on the CAN connector; presumably no ...

Re: Inverting HID mouse input?
I've upgraded(?) to a Waveshare 10" cap-touch LCD which emulates a HID mouse. Everything seems to "just work" with the default Kivy config... except that the mouse Y direction is inverted. I found out how to invert touchscreen X/Y axes, but so far have had no joy talking Kivy into in...

Sadly, as Brent notes, things fall over pretty quickly when clicking around. Hopefully it's a bit more solid with the keybindings (I'm aiming to use the GPIO keyboard emulator to get some hard buttons). Just to update - things are looking much better with the 1.12 build. You can still make it very ...

Which version is this? Just asking because 1.11.0 doesn't seem to be responding to these (and I've had no success getting a visible cursor for the mouse), but wanted to know if I should be waiting a little longer... Worth mentioning, next app version due out in a couple of weeks we'll have more keyb...

Hi Mike, try checking the min / max values on the channel configuration (press the gear icon next to the channel name). You'll be able to set the min/max values which will correctly scale the gauge. Let us know if that works for you! I was a bit confused by not being able to set the min value first...

If you're running the latest 1.11.0 app, can you also try doing a fresh read from the unit and check the CAN termination settings? If they're set to 'off' please try turning them 'on' and see if that resolves the issue. Will watch for updates! Running the 1.10.2 app and 2.12.0 firmware, I don't see...

Odd dashboard 'analog' gauge issue
Bug: I just hooked up a 14point7 Spartan WB02 sensor to AN1, and adjusted the input scaling to read AFR from 10 to 20 (over the 0-5V range). Adding a gauge to the dashboard works fine, except that the 'analog' portion of the gauge is always pinned, almost as if it was still assuming a 0-5 value, ev...

BMW E36 / MS41 OBD mapping
Just trying to get things up and rolling with the OBD2CAN on an E36 ('96 328 motor) and almost certainly doing something wrong. At startup I see this logged: [OBD2] Trying OBDII bit mode 29 [OBD2] Trying OBDII bit mode 11 [OBD2] Trying OBDII bit mode 29 [OBD2] Trying OBDII bit mode 11 [OBD2] Trying ...
