I solved the board fitment problem with good ole sandpaper... fits like a glove now. See a (blurry) pic here:

So my voltages are too low, too?

I thought that the DigiKey BOM that currently comes on the order page was for v3.0 (since you don't have any more v2.2 boards). Are most of the components the same, at least? Or did I totally waste my money?
