is there any way to test map sensor befor installed in car. I blew in to min and it changed nothing on runtime display is that normal?

well I finally got it talking or at least it shows up on runtime display I got map at 22 rpm at 2147483647 and advance at 0 does that seem right

I got it tested and assembled it shows the 5 volts well 4.98v across the pins so hey it works and did not blow up

how did you do that
I tried to set classpath like in read me but unsure if this is how any help you can give me would be great, due to the fact I am not a computer master.

testing power supply
Can some one post on testing the power supply what pins do you have 5 volts across ect, according to the schematic p8 and p9 are ground and p7 and p6 are +12 can you use a 9 volt battery to test thie power supply and direction would be appriciated
