Yes. You are correct. With crank alligned at TDC, Position of sensor is 9 teeth to the left of missing tooth on a clockwise rorating engine.

You should be able to note full throttle TPS with the engine stoped but the ignition on.
I think ignition timing should be retarded towards full throttle.

Thanks for that. On the pinout for the EDIS4, pin 11 is shown going to the revcounter. My EDIS4 has 12 pins but the plug only has 11. The position for pin 11 is blanked off. What is the relationship between TPS and MAP settings. What values do I use in the tables under MAP when using a TPS.

The diagrams submitted by svein contradict each other. mjlj_3.JPG says wiring facing board. EDISv3.GIF says wiring facing harness.
