Drivers for USB-serial adapter for windows 7 ?

I'm looking for drivers for my USB-serial adapter.

It is a the common ATEN UC232A adapter. I've really tried, and can't find any for windows7, and the ones for XP, Vista, 2000 etc don't work.
Anyone knows where to find them ?
