windows 7

my megajolt v4 wont conet to my laptop that runs windows 7 but will to a laptop with xp on can anyone help me get it to work with windows 7

Hi,

Can you tell us specifically what errors you are seeing- such as the error messages at the bottom of the configuration software window? Are you using a USB-Serial adapter?

It comes up with timeout cylinder count yes i am using the usb-serial adapter from trigger wheels . all this worked on a laptop with xp

all working now just downloaded the latest software for usb adapter
