Need a hand confirming telemetery is transmitting

I have updated the firmware to latest version and am running 1.1.15. I am using an att card and the connection light is flashing every 3s and the tx flashes now and then. The rcp is logging to the sd however the car is in the garage and the gps has not locked on. I joined an ad hoc event and added my car to the event. When I connect to the event and try an look at the cars data all I get is this.

I have tried setting the apn to cingular as you have described in your quick start and also just broadband without a password or user name. The lights blink the same both ways

ATT sims now are 4g lte and have issues connecting I went back to the tmobile and provided them the imie from the telemetry board and bang it works perfect. Using the Tmobile apn settings from your quick start
