Best way to get more than 7 analog inputs?

Is there an inexpensive device on the market that will take some additional inputs and put them on the CAN bus? There is the this board that i've used with megasquirt applications, but i'm not sure about the CAN parameters:

My plan is arduino with a can shield. I haven't completed it yet though.
