Software reading megajolt j config

hello

Mega jolt jr 4.0, 4.0 SW. I am just now starting to wire everything up. Can I hook up serial cable, apply power to megajolt j to the computer and read any settings on the controller/unit to test if the SW is working or see default config.

I have tried but what to select from the pull downs to show its working. Keeps saying can't connect to controller.

Hi, you will need to power up the megajolt unit in some manner before being able to use the software with it. Either with the car's electrical system, or you can power it with a 9v battery on the bench.

Ensure you have the COM port setting correct in the app as well!
