Try bootcamp?
Although you'll still need a copy of a windows OS.
You can do what I did, I bought a new laptop dedicated to the garage. Nothing fancy. There are plenty of sub 200 dollar windows based laptops available on Amazon. IE: https://www.amazon.com/Lenovo-Premium-P ... 2035945011
If your going to be working on the car enough, it is worth the investment. Otherwise you'll be stuck borrowing a laptop every time you need one. You could also buy a copy of windows and boot camp it. Not sure if that will cause any problems or not.

I have been able to resolve 98% of other systems issues with Parallels (the only item still not working is the AIM WIFI connection for data downloading).
I did try that last night, but, it didn't recognize the RC device.
I still have some more to try, but getting out of options quickly.
