Bulkhead fitting in UK
I can't the vacuum hose bulkhead fitting in the UK anywhere. Can someone help me please? Thanks, David
Yeah, they seem pretty
Yeah, they seem pretty hard/impossible to find. I'm sure they must exist somewhere, but I've never managed to find them...
There are (at least) two DIY options:
- run the pipe from the manifold in through a grommet'ed hole in the end plate and direct to the MAP sensor. Make it a tight fit, so that moving the pipe outside the case doesn't put any strain on the MAP sensor, but not a constricting fit
- get something like a 4-6mm bolt, cut the head off and drill a 2-4mm hole through it lengthways. Use two nuts to secure, one either side

You could try
THe clunk tank kit from www.nitroflight.com.
Go to the fueling section, it's in there - £3.20 inc VAT though. That has a bulkhead connector if you look at it, designed for passing fuel hose through plastic tanks, includes grommets and washers too.
You could possibly use that 99p inline fuel filter too, as it's a two piece screw together type, just take the filtering gauze out.
