Suddenly there is no Telemetry

I have a Podium Connect using CAN from a Solo 2 DL. It had been working earlier and all was good. I noticed that I was not generating any Ad Hoc events and started to investigate. In checking the status there is no IMEI showing up.

I have done a firmware update and and everything else seems to be working. The sim card is installed and when checked on a Race Capture Pro it gives me an IMEI.

Is the box shot? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi - Try getting the log from the unit and paste it here. This will show detailed messages on what the device is trying to do when initializing the cellular modem: https://wiki.autosportlabs.com/RaceCapt ... apture_Log

We can then determine if there's a hardware problem or something else. Thanks!
