Parts list vs. names on PCB???

I looked all over this site, but haven't been able to find a table that tells what a part goes to which place on the PCB. Something like:

R1 - 270 OHM resistor
C1 - xxx spec capacitor
D1 - 25 uF diode

etc. etc.

Does such a thing exist? I don't know how to read wiring schematics all that well, and that PDF was where I was pulling the names vs. the items for assembly, but it got frustrating.

Hi, look under "Hardware" and the click on "Bill of materials"
This will give a list of components values and component location
