Loading pictures

I know there is probs a simple solution. Im tying to upload a pic into the powered by MJLJ section. Each time i try i get error message saying cant upload an empty file. What have i done wrong. Pic is on my hard drive. It is less than 200Kb.
Simple instructions are best for me!

My apologies. I must have tweaked a server setting that broke this feature. it should work now.
