Very odd. I would say that your browser is renaming the file during the download process. - I've downloaded it on several computers without any problems.
In any case, download it, rename it back to .jar and you should be able to follow the rest of the software install instructions.

If I understand you have downloaded it in "my documents"
I think it is better to create a new folder in "my documents"
and give this folder a name.
You download the mjljTune2.0.3.jar in to it.
When you selected the file in the download section check
if the file changes form .jar to .zip. in the download wizzard.
In the same folder you place the comm.jar file not on top of the
other file but in the same folder as the mjljtune file!!

Brent is correct. My browser is detecting a compressed file and renaming it with a .zip extension.
Why?
There must be a way to disable this "feature" in IE but its not obvious.

The file and link is correct (have downloaded it succesfully on Linux today), but IE is detecting that it is an archive file (which it is) and is being it's "helpful" self by attaching the .zip extension.
Safest bet is to right click on the link, use "Save Target As...", change the file type to "All Files" (or whatever the other option besides "Compressed Folder" is) and manually set the name to end in .jar.
You *may* be able to just let it save it as a zip file and change the extension after the fact, but I haven't tried that.

It works! and best of all I am not crazy! THANK YOU! What a pain that was. Time to download another browser I think. Help like that I don't need.
I tried resetting the file name to jar but that did not work so I went ahead and folowed your instructions and redownloaded it using "Save target as" and wala it works.

Todd,
If it's any consolation I've just been through the same sorry process as yourself trying to find this f*****g file. If only I'd discovered this thread a bit sooner. I'm too tired and pissed off to try it tonight, but hopefully tomorrow, armed with this info, I'll have some more success.
Time to mention this in the software installation section maybe?
Cheers, Geoff.
