Yes, was trying to record direct to SD. Bench test doesn't write anything to the SD card. I get flashing leds, but nothing gets written.

Config read/write does work. Connection to the android app sort of works- I get the connection message, but it never showed any information from the unit.

How were you trying to record, direct to SD card? Did it work on the bench during a test logging session? Were you able to read/write configuration correctly to the unit using the app?

I had trouble with one particular SD card. When I put it into the RCP, the protect slideswitch on the card got pushed to write-protect, so it didn't save anything. When I pull the card out, sometimes the case will slide the switch back so I didn't notice anything. I believe the red status light blinks fast if there's a card error, not sure if it happens for write-protect as well.
