There's two different way to transmit telemetry; via the optional cellular capabilities on-board RaceCapture/pro, or via the RaceCapture app running on a internet connected phone.

* The onboard cellular module option is GSM only, so that means AT&T and T-Mobile.

* If via the phone, it is whatever carrier the phone supports.
