Hi,
In this case, it seems that the internal telemetry module is not functioning properly. A good backup mechanism is to broadcast telemetry via the RaceCapture app - we have instructions here: https://wiki.autosportlabs.com/RaceCapt ... _Telemetry
We could also attempt to repair your system; you can email sales@autosportlabs.com if you want to explore that route.
