as above really, if i were to connect a relay to one of the outputs would it drive it ok or would the relay burn something out?
also when one of the outputs switches, is it momentary or latching?- then when the valve goes below the set threshold it goes off again? (i want to switch on a solenoid valve and hold it on untill the load value drops below what i set it to come on at).

does that make sense?

thanks.

Absolutely. The MJLJ can drive typical automotive-style 12V relays with no problem as the outputs can handle 500mA each.

The outputs are triggered when they cross a threshold and remain 'activated' when beyond that threshold. See the operation guide http://www.autosportlabs.net/MJLJ_V3_Op ... le_Outputs for a full explanation.

Also, see the installation guide on various ways you can wire your user outputs. http://www.autosportlabs.net/MJLJ_V3_ve ... hift_Light

Hope this helps!
