Allegedly available in model aircraft hobby shops as they're used to get fuel from one side of a bulkhead to the other

...or in a real emergency, something like an M6 bolt, with the head cut off and a 3-4mm hole drilled through the middle, and two M6 nuts....

It seems your best bet is to use the hobby model aircraft bulkhead connector- see the link in the previous post.

What about a local hobby store? If you describe what you want they may be able to dig one up from their suppliers. That hobby bulkhead fitting is made by "fourmost".

Another thing you could do try is take a small bolt or stud and drill a hole through it. Use brass for ease of drilling.
