Tachometer question

My 1971 Midget is fitted with a current sense tachometer (wired in series with coil). Will this work with Megajolt or do I need to get a voltage sense one?

hi, smiths RVI type tachometers - current sensing - will not work with mjlj.

Thanks. Looks like I'll need to get an RVC type then.
