Could you tell me which are the correct schottky diode to use, i have a choice of three:-
N91CA-3AMP
N13CC-15AMP
JA46-1AMP

I was sourcing parts for this and you can get them from here. They are the best place for value on parts. Most colleges and alikes get them from here.
