Hi, i've wired up the shift light correctly, to the MJLJ, comes on at 7k rpm...
The only problem is, the light/LED is constantly on, it just goes brighter when the shift light is suppose to kick in (at 7k rpm...).
The LED bulb is just a standard one from Maplins (big UK electronics store), 12v.
Do i need to put 'something' in the wire somewhere?

Does the same happen with the other user-definable outputs? like outputs 1-4?

no worries dude.
haven't tried the other 'user-definable outputs'. just strange how there's constant power
