Hi! I was wondering if an EDIS trigger will work with the wheel mounted directly to an aluminum flywheel or do I need to space it and if so how much is enough?
Thanks, Bill

That will work perfectly. Aluminum will not interfere with the trigger wheel's operation.

Thanks! I was pretty sure it would, just wasn't sure if there might be some voodoo waveform stuff happening. I did a Megasquirt 2 Extra distributorless 350 chevy with a LTI intake in a Porsche 944.

These next 2 engines are Aircraft 6 cyl (470 and 520 cid) for airboats so 2 edis modules each (dual plugs), single trigger and Megaspark with MAP. Should work slick!

Thanks again! Bill 8)
