Does the expansion port support SPI daisy chaining?
Hey, just wondering if the SPI port supports daisy chaining mode (so that multiple devices could be attached with a splitter-like adapter) or if there's a limit to how many devices can be attached to the expansion port.
Hi,
If by daisy chaining you mean 'are there multiple chip select lines' available on the expansion port, the answer is that there's only one chip select line available.
If you wanted multiple devices, I would imagine you could have a small microcontroller between the expansion port and other devices, to be that bridge in-between.
Thanks,
