With the new software update, can you have epc.tmobile.com be defaulted in the telemetry section. That way if current users upgrade and don't read the documentation or forget to update that, they won't be SOL for an event, trying to figure out why their telemetry won't work.
After a few releases, this may not be necessary as everyone should see the change by then.
