Not writing logs or sending telemetry data

All the lights seems to flash correctly. I have it set for CSV file. T-Mobile SIM installed and lights seem to flash happily.

Ideas? When I log in on-line there is no session to look at as the instructions say there should be.

Hi raydoc, did you add the device id to the configuration and apply it to your RaceCapture device?

Yup.

What's the email address you used when creating an account on race-capture.com? I can take a look.

Also, can you upload your Race Analyzer config? Thanks!

The email account is sailrad@gmail.com

I'll have to get a team mate to download the setup but it looks just like the wiki but with our device ID typed in.

Ok, I checked the website and your device hasn't connected or sent any data. Can you tell me what speed the middle LED blinks at? Different speeds mean different things:

Slow blink, maybe one in three seconds. Left two vertical LEDS flash dimmly but quickly.

Hi Ray,

It would be good to check your RaceCapture/Pro config file. we want to make sure you're not setting a logging rate that's too high - it would overwhelm the connection.

Also, are you powered via USB only or hard wired to the car? When transmitting via telemetry, USB alone does not provide enough power.

I believe that all settings are like the examples for rate. How to download the configure file to post?

Read your config file from RaceCapture/Pro and then do a 'save configuration as'. You should be able to attach it to a post here.

Config file. The board would not accept the rcap file type so I changed it to txt. Hope it works.

Is there a way to email you the file directly?

Thanks.

You have your accelerometer and yaw settings set to 30Hz. try reducing that down to 5-10Hz per channel.

Also, you able to log to the SD card, correct?

Yes. Can log to SD. I'll turn them down to 10hz.

Hi Ray,
did you enter the Telemetry Device ID that is generated when you register your Realtime device on www.race-capture.com? If I'm reading it correctly, it's blank in your configuration:

"outputConfig" : {
"sdLoggingMode" : 1,
"telemetryMode" : 0,
"telemetryServer" : "54.245.229.2",
"telemetryDeviceId" : "",
"p2pDestAddrHigh" : 0,
"p2pDestAddrLow" : 65535
},
