Telemetry / Not Finding Network

Just installed the T-Mobile SIM card into my RCP Telemetry Module. I setup the APN & Device ID per the instructions and I've had it powered up with the RCP for about 45 minutes to see if it can connect to the network. I still have the fast blinking middle light and the two leftmost lights will flash intermittently together and/or the top light will just continuously flash.
Just spoke with the T-Mobile broadband device specialist to confirm everything was setup "correctly" on their end and they said everything appeared correct...though they are not seeing it connecting to their network. They did say that we only have 2G, but that it should work.
Any suggestions or further recommended troubleshooting steps?
