Racecapture software install problem

Hi guys
Looking for a little advice, I'm having an issue installing the race capture software on my XP laptop, I have installed race analyzer with no problems but all versions of racecapture that I have downloaded will not install and result in an error relating to compiling and win 32 incompatibility!! Any ideas?
