I've written a little DOS

I've written a little DOS program that emulates a Megajolt. You're welcome to give that a try. As it runs on a PC, you need a null modem cable to link two comms ports together. I've only tested it on a Windows2000 DOS box, put if it works on that it should be fine on other flavours of Windows. Do you want to give it a try?
SURE THING!!!

I wanted to write something similar. Not to emulate the entire chip, but communications only. What does yours do? I could use a special serial port driver that could redirect one port to the other. Send it to 4600cc at superford.org

New Configuration Software

I was busy entire month, from May 24 till now. I am still working on it. Nowadays I need to spend time connected to the box in my car. Things will be easier if I had a spare box in my hands (brend?). I might do a pre-release pretty soon. If I could get my hands on a spare box I could use while at home it would be great. Programming at night in the car or during the day in the heat is not fun, I usually just end up going to the car to test it.
I was pretty much idle since mid-May, but now I am continuing the work. I have another project coming up, will be working in prisons, mainly a female penutentury. Give it another month and I should have it ready. If someone could get me a box I could use that be awesome, will cut delivery time in half or more.
I've emailed it to you.

I can't compile the thing. I bet it's not win32. If you can, please send me executable.

Thank you.

Thank you for writing this. Your software greately simplifies the development of my configuration software. Since having mjsim I've made great progress in just a few hours of programming. Although the program is not perfect, for example NTVDM.EXE just going nuts while emulating this 16-bit app, it takes at least 30% of CPU out of my 2400+xp, MJSIM will be sufficient and then some for the basic version. I'm enjoying your software. Thank you very much.
