Updated firmware, updated mobile app.
I am able to connect via PC, but the mobile device cannot.

I cannot get the bluetooth icon to pop up on the screen to select a paired device. The instructions only say to keep tapping until the icons pop up.

I have tried holding down, tapping, swipping, nothing works.

Any suggestions.

problem solved via email support.
The Fix:

"go under the android app settings and select 'force stop' and 'clear data" - then restart the app to select the RaceCapture bluetooth device"
