Is there any specific android OS level requirement for the RaceCapture App (i.e. KitKat-4.xx, lollipop-5.xx, etc.)

We are targeting Android 4.x as minimum. If you're having problems installing the app, let us know what device you're trying to use, and we'll investigate.
