Hello, I am in the process of adding a RC pro mark 3 to a car that already has an AIM MXL and a Smartycam. Is it possible to have the RC use the AIM gps, or does it need to use its own? I've got room for both GPS on the roof, but I wondered this for simplicity's sake.

I apologize if this has already been answered somewhere.

RaceCapture/Pro is designed to use it's own GPS, so it is required to use.

A better choice might be PodiumConnect, which is designed to add telemetry to an existing data system; it relies on the GPS from the source data system.
