Megajolt Lite Jr Tuner 2nd PREVIEW will be released

Well guys, the 1st preview sucked, and not because the program was written poorly, but because it wasn't tested on bare bone systems. I've since changed from dynamic to static libraries, and adjusted code memory management to reflect the change. What that means is that from now on only application DLLs and EXEs will have to be distributed, no other DLLs are needed. In turn, this enables easier deployment from now on, all you'd have to do is install and it will work on any system.
This 2nd preview release (0.2.2.1003_preview) will be the last preview. After this one, a full version will follow in a matter of weeks. The full version won't be too far ahead of it's preview, in fact, the only difference will be a few unimplemented features. Thus far, about 60000 lines of code have been written, only some estimated 8000 remain for what can be called a full version 1.0..
Since the full version is not that far off, this 2nd preview release is mostly for people that need it. That should be about 90% of megajolt users. Especially people that have not yet come up with a fully functional map or remap often.
The release date is Monday 30th, January, 2006.
At times I get amazed by the number of people that e-mail and cheer the software, some even say they hate java tuner with passion. I knew the java tuner experience wasn't great, but I had no idea of the extended need for a new tuner program. If I known, I'd release a preview last Summer.
After full version is released, there are two different routes. a) Keep improving the tuner with new features (trust me, there is a lot that can be done), b) work on firmware for a while. I personally want rapid acceleration and knock sensing implemented.
