GoPro live streaming to Podium?

Hi - I've been trying to set up goPro live streaming to connect to Podium I see on Podium it wants a URL from a few specific locations.

GoPro only supports Twitch and Facebook (I don't have enough subscribers to use YouTube live streaming).

Is there a way I can embed the twitch or facebook streams?

Or - is there a free way I can somehow stream from gopro to one of the domains that podium supports?

I would think this is a common use case, so hoping there are some suggestions from others who already have this working.
